Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Snap Doc Pro mobile application ("App") operated by Aivium ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. Free and Premium Features

Free Tier: The App offers one (1) free operation (either PDF creation or compression).

Premium Subscription: After using your free operation, a premium subscription is required for continued use.

4. Subscription Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aivium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

PDFs you create using the App remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
